To qualify for a J-1 Trainee program through Global Career Bridge, a candidate must satisfy one of two paths: PATH A, hold a post-secondary degree or professional certificate from outside the United States AND have at least 1 year of related work experience in the field outside the United States. PATH B, without a degree, have at least 5 years of full-time work experience in the relevant field outside the United States.
